carver pooped on the walk. pain meds at 415. can of wellness venison at 6, on his own at the bowl, and some water. cozy on the couch and on the floor for the night.

deramaxx 75 mg 1 tab 1x daily
tramadol 50 mg 2 tabs 3x daily, every 8 hours
tramadol 50 mg 2 tabs 2x daily, every 12 hours 2/11/08
taken off deramaxx 2/11/08
taken off tramadol 2/12/08
tramadol as needed 2/16/08
back on deramaxx 3/2/08
clean blood work and happy vet visit 3/31/08
back off tramadol 4/17/08
i'm not sure when we went back on tramadol, but as of now it is 3x daily 2/10/09
gabapentin 300 mg 2x daily 2/10/09
