back home with us! 1/18/08
the staples are out! 2/1/08
begins acupuncture 2/4/08
carver's 13th birthday! 8/15/08
one year anniversary 1/17/09
goodbye sweet carver 4/26/09
carvers meds
deramaxx 75 mg 1 tab 1x daily
tramadol 50 mg 2 tabs 3x daily, every 8 hours
tramadol 50 mg 2 tabs 2x daily, every 12 hours 2/11/08
taken off deramaxx 2/11/08
taken off tramadol 2/12/08
tramadol as needed 2/16/08
back on deramaxx 3/2/08
clean blood work and happy vet visit 3/31/08
back off tramadol 4/17/08
i'm not sure when we went back on tramadol, but as of now it is 3x daily 2/10/09
gabapentin 300 mg 2x daily 2/10/09
